Easy to make an appointment. The office is clean and inviting. Minimal wait time. Dr Clara Barranco was very professional and thorough with a great sense of humor. Thanks for a great care.
I had a very frustrating experience with Family Dermatology. Before I could even schedule my appointment over the phone, I had to verify my insurance with the operator and send front and back pictures of my insurance card. My appointment was scheduled for 9:10 AM, and I arrived about 45 minutes early to check in. When I got there, they told me they were having trouble verifying my insurance and started calling from around 8:40 AM until about 9:20 AM.
