I had an amazing experience at the dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which immediately put me at ease. The clinic itself was spotless and well-organized, which I really appreciated. Their cleaning service is top-notch—they did a fantastic job with cleaning, polishing, and flossing. I was a new work in patient a few months ago with a broken bridge and high anxiety. Dr Bates and his entire staff were amazing and so kind through out the whole process. They calmed my fears and I am now a patient.
First time going here and everyone is so nice. My hygienist (Rhonda) and Dr. Bates are very kind and professional. They listened to any concerns I had. I highly recommended.
Staff and Dentist have always been so kind and sweet but the service I have received past couple years not great and after this last experience I am not happy at all. Went in the end of last year because I was getting a nasty taste near my crown and Instead of checking for an infection or anything he said he "resealed" it up. Few months later I move back to NY still nasty taste in my mouth and my new dentist took xrays and says I have decay going on under the crown and that's what's causing it to be loose now.
