Not at all compassionate. My husband had a toothache. They did x-rays and found the tooth needed to be Extracted. The tooth beside it was going bad as well, but didn’t need pulled right away. They refused to pull just one tooth and wanted to charge us over $1100 to pull two teeth. Instead of only pulling one tooth, they let my husband leave the office in pain. My entire experience at Family Dentistry was outstanding. From greeting me at the front desk, Stacy, to the office manager, Mimi, to having my teeth cleaned by Tina, the dentist, I had nothing but positive things to say about my experience.
This office is very compassionate. The Doctor sits down with you and takes the time to talk about what needs to be done, what should be done and what you want to do. I have never been with a dentist that really cares. Great practice and awesome staff. If I could I would give them 10 stars.
