Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

No Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder
