RecommendedI started with Dr. Moeller in 2017 and had extreme anxiety. From day one he was very understanding, supportive of my thoughts and I never felt bad about all my dental work that needed to be done (& there was a LOT)...LOL. I am no longer anxiety ridden about the dentist and absolutely love Shalimar Dentistry!

First visit I got X-ray done and noticed that the receptionist was kinda rude but I didn’t mind coz I thought she maybe having a bad day or something so I just ignore her attitude. Today went there to get my root deep cleaning and Ms.Kim took good care of me as well as the Dr. however, this receptionist again (the one who take care to do appt and bills) was very rude so I couldn’t take anymore of her attitude. Sadly, we will not go there anymore.

Dr. Fletcher and her entire staff have been extremely friendly, got me in the same day I called and were very accommodating with changing my last appointment day to a closer day. I needed to been seen asap to complete my dental screening to go overseas and I am 100% satisfied and thankful for her work! During the pandemic, her staff was understanding, practiced social distancing in their waiting room and required you to wear a mask. I had to have a crown done for the first time ever and they made me feel comfortable and made the whole procedure great! I will be using them for my regular dentist!
My dentist and hygienist were great!! Office staff, not so much. Originally told me my copay was $175. Then the day before my appt, called to tell me it would be $800, which I paid the day of service. Then a month later, I got a surprise whopper of a bill for over $3000!! Apparently it is my job to double check that they did their job properly in communicating with my insurance company. I will still go there, because I love the dentist/hygienist. I was so happy with this Dentist. They took time for us and made sure all my questions were answered.Having taken children who were anxious, I am very glad that they never rushed us! The rinsing sink in this Dentist's exam room was perfect. They made sure every question I had was fully answered, and I felt very confident leaving my dental needs in their care.
