Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They really did everything to work with me on my fears. Dr. Fletcher injects needles like no other - it barley pricks you. They were also very understanding about finances and gave time to pay off the bill. The equipment is state of the art! Awesome dentist!
