HAD A 1:00 APPOINTMENT THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS PLACED IN A ROOM AND OTHERS CAME IN AFTER ME WAS SEEN BEFORE ME. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD BE IN TO ME NEXT BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN I WAITED UNTIL 1:50 AND I GOT UP AND LEFT BECAUSE NO ONE SHOULD EVER WAIT IN THE ROOM AND LISTEN TO OTHERS GET SERVICED WHILE YOU WAIT AS IF YOUR TIME IS NOT VALUABLE

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes

After 7 years of his dentistry we will no longer use his services. Twice he has either misdiagnosed or had no idea of issues regarding serious dental problems costing us extra money and time off from work. After the first misdiagnosis, the extra visit to a specialist which we deemed unnecessary as we questioned his opinion he refused to pay for the extra cost incurred when he was wrong. Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did this Dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Did the Dentist's staff seem friendly and welcoming to you? Yes Does this Dentist answer your questions so you fully understand? Yes

I've been going to Dr. Jones since I had my first tooth! 25 years later I've moved and I sincerely wish I could have taken him and Donna with me! I've been struggling to find a dentist that offers not only the impeccable level of care, but the amazing affordability. My mom still sees him and he always asks about me. We even have many inside family jokes with him! Man, I miss them!
