Everything about the Burr Ridge location is excellent. From the atmosphere, decor, calmness and especially the staff. The office manager, Kristen, is fantastic! She is always friendly and helpful with a great smile!! Every hygentist is comforting and does a great job. Dr Sandy Murad has taken away my fear of dentists. She is very calming and explains everything before proceeding. I highly recommend the burr ridge office if you are looking for a great group!!!

The staff was very welcoming. The facility was beautiful and immaculate. Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable, kind and informative. I love that no unneeded services were pushed on us. My daughter and I have made 1st Family our new dental office.
