Dr Johnson and all of the staff I interacted with were very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. The office is very nice and their process of getting me and out was efficient. My next appointment is set up and I know exactly what my financial responsibility is as I received it in writing.

I am so very impressed and blown away by the staff at family dental care! Many times going to the dentist brings on anxiety and, for the first time, I was not one bit anxious when I walked into the building. They follow the new guidelines to a T which made me feel very relaxed and wonderful knowing that The staff really do care about their patients and that, is a wonderful thing! I can not possibly say enough about how wonderful the dentist is...i needed much work because i allowed myself to neglect my dentistry needs over GREAT FEAR...now i ask myself why...i never have had pain during a procedure...my fear of dentist is totally gone...the staff is a nice as the dentist...its my favorite drs office to go to....i have cleanings every 4 months and look forward to them...im blessed to have her as my doctor
This place is wonderful! Dr. Johnson and her staff are extremely friendly and caring and do excellent work. I like them so much that although I moved out of Erie 7 years ago, I now drive an hour and a half to have her take care of all my families dental needs.
