Jeez was thinking about calling this place but after reading the reviews it’s rather disappointing, and disgusting that’s places like this even stay in business.
First, I love my therapist. But the customer service with this location is abysmal. I have had 4 conversations with 4 different people in a week about updating my insurance information. I have given the updated numbers, and have been told "we have it in there, thank you". Then someone else calls the same day or a day later asking for the number. It's a small building, are you just writing numbers on a sticky note and throwing it away? Why are you not notating client accounts with information when you receive it? I've had to ... read more
The fact that I was just terminated as a client when I tried to call them but no one would answer or if I left a message they never got back to me. Worst part about this, the clinician never called or the office never called me to tell me this. WORST SERVICE FOR MENTAL HEALTH EVER!! And the worst is I chose this place is because they have an African American woman as a therapist that I was comfortable with
About 10 years ago I worked for FCA, And I absolutely loved my job! About a year and a half ago, my grandfather passed and my 9yo daughter was having extremely difficult time with it. I filled out an intake form for her They found her therapist that she absolutely loves! Thank you Michelle Klossner for helping my daughter continuing to help her!!
