From the second I walk in the office, I am greeted by smiles and friendliness. They are punctual with appointment times. The hygienist is very friendly and performs a very thorough exam and cleaning. The dentist, Dr Shauna Novak, is also very friendly and finishes with her exam. The staff is very personal and is interested in my family, though my adult kids have moved out of state.

As usual Dr. Novak and her team are delightful, consummate professionals, accommodating. They have state of the art equipment and procedures. In advance they give you specific information about the work you may need and how much it will cost. They also automatically submit your claim to your insurance provider, even if they are out of network. Of the few dental offices I have visited over the course of my adult life they are by far the best in ALL ways. W

Dr. Novak is outstanding, as is Karen the hygienist. VERY PLEASED.
My husband, young kids, and I all see Drs. Novak and McGill. We love coming to the dentist - as much as anyone could love seeing a dentist. The staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They always put my kids at ease and get us in quick if there is a dental emergency. I highly recommend Novak Family Dentistry!
