The clinic is such a fun place for kids! My 3 kiddos look forward to going to the dentist and always come home with smiles. Everyone there is kind and so caring. they make our girls feel special and give them their full attention despite every room being busy/full with other patients. As far as skill levels, I have no doubt they all know what they are doing which gives me such great peace of mind knowing I won't have to worry or waste time looking for second opinions! Since it’s not customary for people to enjoy going to the dentist, today I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Novak and her team. They were prompt, professional, yet entertaining. I spent several hours with them and left feeling as if they were genuinely concerned about my overall well being. They are caring and kind people. Big thank you to Jen, Mary, Jackie and Dr. Novak.
Very professional and personable staff. Listened to my concerns and explained everything to my satisfaction. Wonderful staff - always make you feel welcome.

Only the very best, professional service every single time, since I first started seeing Dr. Shauna Novak’s team and her, some 15 + years ago. Highly caring bed-side manner as well, of all the staff. Frankly, would not consider going to see anyone else.
