This time wasn't so great, but I've always had excellent care otherwise. And it wasn't really their fault, it was the denture lab's fault. The staff at the clinic went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation. Just frustrating having to come back in and still deal with the current pair that don't fit right.

I don't think the cost of the crown was explained to me when I made the crown prep appointment. I was surprised to learn I would have to pay $645 as soon as the work was started. Fortunately I was able to divide the cost into two payments. This should be explained when making the appointment for the crown build up so finances can be adjusted at home.

Was a great visit. Staff was all very pleasant and constantly making sure I was alright and comfortable. I will definitely be using as my primary dentist and refer all my friends and family.

I love being treated here. Everyone from the reception area ( Ryan and the young lady...sorry I do not know her name) make you feel welcome and comfortable. I am a little nervous about my upcoming procedure but I am sure they will take good care of me!

The whole crew at the New Hope location has been amazing throughout my journey with these dentures. They have been kind and patient with me, and I truly appreciate it. I was always afraid of the dentist's office, and this experience by far changed my perception. I look forward to working with the New Hope crew for awhile to come.
