After having a horrible experience with a previous dentist, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of care I received here. The staff was friendly and helpful, timing was prompt and the hygienist was AMAZING. She talked to me throughout the entire procedure and informed me of what she was doing the whole time. This dental clinic is consistently exceptional! The team at Gentle Dentistry made me feel welcome. They were generous with their time, their skills, and their care for the patient. I thought that it was an excellent appointment the dental stuff that you used it was excellent did not have to hang on to the chair when scraping the gums it was gentle

The facilities at the New Hope location are embarrassing. The building was about 50 degrees when I arrived in the morning. Beyond the general discomfort of the cold office, we had to change exam rooms because the chair I was on apparently does not operate properly when it is that cold. The chair in the second room we went to was marginally better. I am happy with the service and the staff at Gentle Dentistry, but the facilities are by far the most outdated, dingy I have seen. You are WELL overdue for an upgrade.

I had a cleaning done she was very gentle and a nice person .She did a good job. Then my next visit to have a front tooth capped I couldnt have been treated any better especially by the nurse technician . Very professional The Dr included. I am very pleased although I am still waiting for the permanent cap.A pain free experience very impressed Thank you!
