Thought the facility was dated and looked run down. Dirty torn carpets. Stained waiting room chairs. Dated equipment. Funny smell coming from heat in waitong room. Insurance and financial options not explained. After vist was told whole amount of next vist was due after services completed. No financial options offered when asked. Teeth cleaning was very rough. Not impressed and will not be back. Wouldn't recomend.

Most dentist offices are quite and cold not this one from the moment you walk in your greeted like an old friend. Very nice experience, makes you not afraid to come back for the follow up visits.

I really prefer the office in Plymouth. On my last visit to the New Hope office there was more than one staff person coughing. I even witness the receptionist (don't recall his name) cough into his hand and into the air.

Good dental attention was provided by the technicians;however, I would have liked more dentists on duty.

I really appreciated her enthusiasm when working with my 8 year old son! In fact, he was talking about how she told him he was her best patient (adult or child) all day for the rest of the day!!!
