Recommended💝because it provides my necessary mental health needs
While the therapists are awesome the physiatrist is a joke. Had an appointment for my 17yr old , went to appointment..saw a resident (wasn’t told that ahead of time) then had to wait for what she noted to be reviewed by the psychiatrist herself. It’s been over 2hrs. This is ridiculous if it wasn’t for the fact that my kid needs his meds I’d leave. Find somewhere else to get your meds.
Although I was there for 6 hours 😂🤦🏻♀️ the staff there was amazing, the therapist and counselors actually acted like they understood, even offered to find me A faith based counselor because they know that important, then you can get same day psychiatrist appointment. They close at 7, this doctor sat with me until almost 8 o’clock to find the perfect medicine. And it was all free.. Thank you for making these resources available and having such caring hearts 💕

They asked my boyfriend 3 times during a interview about a nurse. Asking him if they got along. So finally he answers with his concerns. Instead of saying you know maybe your not right for the lead position and he could continue working in a reg position. No! this place changed my life!!💞
My kids and myself have been patients in the past and one of my children is a current patient. We are happy with the care we have received and with the professionalism of the counselors. My one complaint is about the receptionist. She was very short and rude when I called to get confirmation on an appointment. When I googled the Peoria location it stated the hours were from 8 am to 5 pm. I called at 8 am and again at 8:15 and got the after hours line.
