RecommendedI have been going to Family Care Clinic ever since Mary Ann Hall has been working there. I had seen different Drs. before her but no one before sent me for a sleep study to find out if thats why I had morning headaches for a long time. She sent me for sleep study when she worked in Floyd County Ky. She began treating me when she was at Betsy Layne. Should have listened to everyone and just went on to Lexington for a primary care physician. Been going here since June and they still haven't managed to get my thyroid, or blood pressure medication to a pharmacy for filling. Thank goodness for a wonderful Cardiologist PA at St. Joe main Russell Crawford for keeping my medications refilled so I can be healthy. You're obviously not a priority with Family Care Clinic's office staff, and the receptionist will flat out tell you no if she doesn't think your reason for an appointm... read more
Friendly, courteous and professional staff.
We come here occasionally for walk ins. They have turned us away an hour before they closed before. I didn’t let it bother me but here recently when we went I had my 1 year old... I was playing a video on my phone for him. (They don’t have anything else to keep them occupied in the rooms aside from books which isn’t a problem for me. I found others way to keep him from crying.) it was until the doctor came in and grabbed my phone playing the children’s music and flipped it over. It just seemed very rude.
I’ve been taking my kids here for 16 years now, they are always friendly and helpful! I have a special needs son they have always helped me with whatever he needs and responds quickly after leaving a message for the nurse. Thanks Family Care Clinic❤️

Went in this morning Sunday and was out in 30-45 mins. Was positive for flu. Got prescription and work excuse. Very nice nurses and dr. Recommend them to anyone. Very fast.
Great people! Best walk in clinic in Mount Sterling.
