I had a great experience with the actual labor and delivery of my daughter at the birth center. The L&D nurses and my midwife from SOFHA were fantastic, encouraging, and made me feel confident. The room was pretty spacious (though the bed was terribly uncomfortable), and I was able to set it up with lights, music, diffusers, etc. to make the environment more relaxing. The staff in L&D were amazing. My nurses, Carly and Katherine, were the best. They were so quick to help anytime I needed something. They made the experience so much better. They obviously care about what they do. I can honestly say they were the best nurses I've had at any Ballad facility for myself. I also loved Dr. Rozycki, she was great. Very kind, encouraging, and listened to what I wanted. I would highly recommend FWCH L&D to everyone I know that's pregnant.
I am forever grateful to the team that works here. I can’t imagine my child being brought into this world by any other group. They were like family and showed true empathy during this whole ordeal. I recently had a C-section at this birthing center and it was amazing how supportive all the staff were. The nurses here are very helpful and good at their jobs. Shoutout to these two nurses among many: Anna and Heather for being so kindhearted to me during my entire stay. I would recommend Franklin woods birthing center to anyone who needs first class care during labor and delivery. Thank you all for your patience, support, and dedication to making sure my needs were met.
