Amazing experience at the birthing center. Nurses, midwives, doctors and nursery staff were absolutely the best. Everyone was supportive, encouraging and caring. A wonderful all around.
From the time we walked in the door, until we were discharged, we were treated like family. My wife and daughter received excellent care. If you are looking for a place to deliver, I highly recommend it.
I had a great experience with the actual labor and delivery of my daughter at the birth center. The L&D nurses and my midwife from SOFHA were fantastic, encouraging, and made me feel confident. The room was pretty spacious (though the bed was terribly uncomfortable), and I was able to set it up with lights, music, diffusers, etc. to make the environment more relaxing. The staff in L&D were amazing. My nurses, Carly and Katherine, were the best. They were so quick to help anytime I needed something. They made the experience so much better. They obviously care about what they do. I can honestly say they were the best nurses I've had at any Ballad facility for myself. I also loved Dr. Rozycki, she was great. Very kind, encouraging, and listened to what I wanted. I would highly recommend FWCH L&D to everyone I know that's pregnant.
I am forever grateful to the team that works here. I can’t imagine my child being brought into this world by any other group. They were like family and showed true empathy during this whole ordeal. Everyone there was incredible. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Morgan was an absolute angel helping my significant other through everything.
