I'm thrilled that Galyn is the new owner of the Family Birth Center. She is a beautiful person, inside and out. Her calm confidence in birthing women helped empower me to achieve the home birth of my fourth child in December 2016. I came into the pregnancy fearful and a bit broken after three very medical births, including the Cesarean birth of my third child. Choosing Galyn as my midwife made all the difference. It was truly a healing and blessed experience.

I love family birth center and the staff that works here!! Galyn and Amber are such capable and loving midwives. They are the epitome of that calm presence at a birth. With them you really believe that you can and will have that meds free birth. I am always amazed at the wealth of wisdom and knowledge that these two ladies share.
Had my first child with the wonderful Galyn, and now having my second at home with her as well!! These midwives make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I love my experience with them, and their wonderful care!!
My first child was born at a hospital because I was scared and just thought that was what everyone does. After our experience with the first no complications birth, I knew I wanted something different for my second. The prenatal care at Family Brith Center was personal (Amber learned my husband's name, which did not happen at the obgyn, and always talked with my older child) and the visits were just as frequent and professional as those at the obgyn.
