Awesome service and a great sale! I bought my first used car here, it was a Subaru wagon. They had fixed it up, and not only sold it to us for a good price, allowed for some negotiation but also serviced the car for us to improve it a little before we drove it away! The salesperson knew plenty about Subarus and was interested in actually selling us the car. NOoOoOoOoOo!!!! these guys would remind you of family if you are kin to a bunch of sleazy lying salespeople. The lures were thrown at us from the moment we said we were serious buyers. "oh, you want a Subaru, my 17 year old daughter drives one" & "oh, you're a vegetarian...so is my daughter." I doubt he even has a daughter. These guys are the reason car salespeople get a bad name. Best Dealer I've Been To! The whole experience was great! No pushiness, no trying to pressure us to buy there... nothing except for a nice, friendly atmosphere! Next time I am looking to purchase a used car, I'll be heading back to Auto Family Network! Great attitudes and great prices! A dealer down the street was selling the same exact car I got here for $1500 more... with a broken taillight and dents in the trunk!! The one I got here was in excellent shape!

Pass on these guys Dont let them fool you, they are no different from any of the other used car dealerships. SAMs idea of making it right: I got to drive an hour and a half to scrounge a $30 part out of a junkyard. He was kind enough to pay for the part...not the labor to put it on, time off work, gas...thanks a bunch.
WOW! this is how to sell cars! These guys are the best people i have ever meet in the car business. they let me drive the car and take it to my own shop for a pre sale inspection. after i bought the car the A/C stoped blowing cold and they charged it for free!! they even gave me 50.00 when i sent a freind to buy a car there. if you need a used car go to family auto.
Does NOT Stand Behind Cars Sold I bought a car from Sam. He even begged me to buy from him. I asked what was the best mechanically running car he had. He pointed me to this passport. Before buying it he treated me like gold. He used lines like he's different from the other dealers on 82nd. He even told me he owned all the cars on the lot.
