Great after sale Service Bought my sons car from Family Auto back in May 2013 with a 3000 mile warranty (2001 civic with 146,000 miles) a few weeks after the warranty was over the A/C pump went out! the Honda dealer told me it would be 75.00 just to look at the car and 475.00 if they needed to replace it. I called Dwayne at family Auto and he found me a used pump for 45.00 and I paid All Car Care ( a shop he told me to call) 70.00 to install. A/C works great and my son is very happy with his Honda.
Do not recommend In February I purchased a 2003 Dodge Stratus R/T from "Family Auto Network" in Portland, Oregon for 3995. This car came with a WHEELZ warranty that promised coverage on engine and drive train for 3 months or 3000 miles. Two weeks after I bought the car, the transmission went out. I took the car to LeDuc's in Centralia, and they determined it was the transmission went out, and then I took it to Transmissions Unlimited, for a replacement. Best lot in Portland!!!!!! I want to know how much dope people were on when they wrote negative reviews. The were obviously hallucinating!!!! I was referred there by the Ways to Work program. They are very strict about the type of car you can get. Therefore I knew I could trust them. I met with Sam, who is an extremely nice guy. He NEVER said or led on he was the owner. Fast and Easy The dealership had the title to the car and a carfax! this was not the case at other small dealers i went to. We bought an Escort for 2200.00 bucks and got a warranty.

good cheap car I bought a $2000 1995 Saturn and have had no problems with the car. Dwayne and Sam are easy to deal with and not pushy or want to finance everything. I would buy or look for a car at family auto next time i need car.
Great service bought my kids first car from Dwayne at family auto for $2500. he would not come down on the price but he did fix the power door locks a few days latter with no questions asked.
