Great experience
Everyone is always so professional at Dr. Tran's office. Don't think I could ask for a better team, unless they were giving away free stuff. After my next few appointments someone will be driving a brand new BMW (laugh), just kidding! Dental is so darn expensive. Went in for cleaning as a new patient and my Hygienist Marisol was probably the best deep cleaner I have ever experience. She introduced local anesthesia with the skill of an Anesthetist. As a brand new patient I felt welcomed. The entire staff in my opinion displayed the utmost professionalism throughout my visit. Found office through Dec 2013) health fair participation, team did great followup to get me an appointment. My first dental work appointment is coming up and I expect the best care I can get. The dentist was a super professional explaining in great detail what was or wasn't happening inside my mouth (laugh).
I like the folks at Dr. Tran's office. They know my unwillingness to come, even for a cleaning,, and especially know my time constraints. I'm always in and out in 45 minutes or less and appreciate their knowledge of the sensitivities I have with my teeth and the roof of my mouth. Always professional, the staff gets me in and out as quickly as possible, and I appreciate that.

My visit on Jan.2nd was very comfortable and timely, as usual.
Staff very professional, knowledgeable about their profession, go out of their way to greet and welcome me at each and every appt. Know that I am an "anxious" patient, and go out of their way to talk and distract me from treatments.
I am deathly afraid of dentist. I recently had an abscess infection that caused my cheek to swell to the point of obscuring the vision in my left eye. The staff treated me with compassion and caring with no agenda other than rectifying the problem. The went out of their way to insure I was comfortable despite my obvious reluctance. All said and done the marque outside their office that states something along the lines of "no lectures just care" can be trusted.
