As a fearful dental patient, I was reluctant to see a new dentist. But the staff - from front office, assistant, hygenist, to 'especially' Dr. Tran, all made me feel confortable and supported. This is the kindest and most talented group of dental people I've ever had the privelege to know. I have a major filling being done tomorrow, and I know I'm in good hands.

Had two root canals in one day...horrible pain...NOT Dr. Tran's fault...I hadn't taken care of the problem in YEARS!!! Dr. Tran and his staff have been SO kind, patient and understanding with me. Dr. Tran even called me that night to check on me! I've never had a dentist go above and beyond like him. Also, having his cell phone number available for emergencies...wonderful! I was able to get ahold of him and he called in a prescription immediately. I'm very happy with this dental office so far.
As always, and knowing my reticence to go to the dentist even for the most minor procedures, your staff and you were great. No hassles, on time, and quick work make me come back, time after time.The last thing I want to do is sit in your chair for very long. You've managed to work around getting me in and out in 45 minutes, and it's one reason I keep coming back.
Dr Tran and his dedicated staff are one of Poway's hidden gems. Dr Tran and his technicians/assistants and his new front office staff are true professionals and caring. Business is business but when it comes to dental health, finances and a human touch everyone at A+ Family Dentistry know where the lines are drawn. Very professional, friendly, explained everything step-by-step, reasonably priced treatments and given options on dental care.
Every employee had a hello how are you, nice to see you again. Work was done very professionally. I was also reminded of each and every way to keep teeth healthy. And a professional reviewed my choices for further work and front desk was ready and waiting with a cost estimate, out of pocket and insurance reimbursement. Great place!!!!!
