If I could give this place a zero I would. My brother would misplace his toothbrush, and the staff wouldn’t help him find it. They would tell him he was being lazy, and it wasn’t their job. The few quality people who worked there left after realizing what joke it was. When trying to bring up complaints about the house staff, the office would never listen. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our 18 year old son moved into a FBD cila about a year ago. We found out early on why they requested plenty of advance notice before we stopped to visit. Our son had many items stolen from his room. One evening when we returned him to the cila, we couldn't find his ipad. It was located high in a closet, not in his room, wrapped in a towel. This is a very horrible, unprofessional establishment.! They allow employees to pass medication with out proper training, narcotic medication comes up missing all the time because it’s being used by the employees , the clients are all neglect , mentally, and physically, the pay is horrible and the expect you to devote your life for literally coins, not to mention the director Ms Candice Haywood smoke marijuana and comes to work under the influence often , this place needs and investigation into the whole company and maybe ev... read more
