Very friendly! Explained everything step by step! I am terrified of the dentist! I wont be to return here!! Great place! I would highly recommend!!!!!
I was very pleased with my visit. Kind of slow for time ( they were running 2 hrs behind ) Kelly my nurse at the madison east location was very attentive and she has the best bedside manner I've seen in any healthcare astablishment! I had two teeth extracted and am not in pain at all now ( 5 days later ). They maybe want to make sure there's enough staffing for the time it takes but overall it was the best experience I've had in a dentist office.

My 13 year old son had been slacking on his oral hygiene routine and the staff was able to give an age appropriate explination of why good oral care is so important now and how it's impacting his future oral health. They were very thorough and even though he needed 4 small fillings, they were still kind and helpful.
Everything went well and in the past my entire 7 person family was treated on the same day at east location and Just last month my 8 year old daughter had her tooth pulled and the procedure went great; therefore, I am grateful for having Familia Dental in our community to assist us and others as well.
My visit was excellent, so grateful for seeing me on short notice. Thank you for being there.
I was extremely happy with the care and compassion and the length of time to make sure the work was done right..left with a wonderful smile
