Fairly speaking, their food is great — genuinely one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in Toronto. I understand the hype and I understand why people love this place. But the whole situation around actually trying to eat here is ridiculous. Their lunch hours are 12–2pm on weekdays only, which is already difficult enough for anyone working a regular 9–5.
