I got a pedicure here not even two weeks ago and their gel has already chipped. It was clean and the staff were friendly, but chipping in less than two weeks is pretty unacceptable for me. For $66 (with callus remover and tip) I doubt I’ll be back unless I am desperate and this is the only place open. Overpriced and underwhelming.

I got a nice pedicure once, although she didn’t clip the nails or ask me if I wanted them clipped. Still, it looked lovely and she gave a nice 4min massage. My manicure was bad. Rushed and cut my cuticles on 5 of the nails. One so bad I had to wear a band aid. I have a feeling they can do really good work but they are willing to rush a job instead of saying they don’t have time for you.

Today was my first visit to Fam Nail Spa. When I called to make an appointment I felt I was going to have a good experience. I was very pleased with everything about this Spa. I got a “Classic Mani and Pedi”.I was so happy with both services. Staff is accommodating , the environment was very clean, quite lovely and prices reasonable. I look forward to my next visit and will be sharing with everyone about Fam Nail Spa!
