RecommendedMy dishwasher hose was blocked, I contacted Fallon Solutions and received a quote over the phone. The girl who who took my call was very helpful in telling me that I needed an appliance repairer not a plumber. Jason Hildreth who came out to fix my dishwasher was very helpful and gave me tips on how I should be using my dishwasher better. Using a descaler on my dishwasher and washing machine.

Hi, I sent an email on Sunday with the problems I was experiencing - I had a call from Pam at 7.45am Monday morning and Jason H was there within an hour to repair our washing machine - he was very efficient and knew his work - I am very happy with the service and the results - a bit on the pricey side but have no complaints with the service done

Chris R was very professional, explained everything thoroughly with good humour and helped put my washer/dryer system back in place.
As usual Fallon did a great job. They are the only company I trust with my house upgrades. Matt. H. was the plumber who carried out the work on Friday. My experience with Fallon Solutions Administration section and Plumbing department was excellent. I rang on a Saturday morning and was able to have an Appliance Technician (Chris Radcliffe) come out that afternoon. Chris inspected my front loader washing machine and was able to have it working for me that afternoon even though he did not have the correct part. Call out fee was a bit confusing & pricey however it was a Saturday. I called them out as dishwasher had an error code that would not clear, it need the drain pump replaced. My washing machine kept going of balance so whilst Chris R was here hubby asked him to have a look, without looking Chris R new exactly what the problem was & had the parts to fix straight away. just had home water pipes replaced by Lachlan Horgan and his apprentice Shane. The old pipes were gal iron and water flow was poor. The two guys w ho did the work were courteous ,friendly,hardworking and very professional. I would recommend these young men and there company Fallon Solutions to everyone
