RecommendedHad Chris R come out this morning to look at our washing machine. Was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We live in the dodgiest house ever where the previous owners were obviously home renovators (!!), and we will get great value out of the home protection plan membership which was included in today's fee. Yes, more expensive than some, but for us a good fit.

Quick response. Chris R Arrived during time window that was advised. Chris rang before turning up on doorstep. Problem detection and rectification was effecient. Chris knew his trade for the appliance that was faulty. Didn't rate excellent because quoted cost was a little steep. Reason for this cost is tied to a maintenance program for facets of services and appliances in our home during the next 12 months. So if we take advantage of this program then the cost is reasonable. Absurdly overpriced. Poor service. They upsell and add costs on where not needed. I called the company twice, both times I was told they would call me back, however I never got a call back. This is how the issue started: Had someone come over for a quote to unblock a possible blocked drain. After he arrived and we discussed the issue, I asked how much it would be, he said he can’t say at the moment as he has to check the drains first. Warren the plumber did a fantastic job!!! Cleaned up after himself and left no mess. Lots of small jobs done over a couple of visits and very happy with the results. Couple of extra jobs added on the second visit that presented no problems to do at short notice. Thanks Warren. Anthony

We had a leaky toilet and tap that needed fixing.Craig.S came out and did a great job. He was on time, rang first, polite , knowledgeable,did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I could not recommend him highly enough, and will be telling family and friends and get him back for any future work ourselves.
