Our front tap broke off on a Saturday evening and we needed an after hours plumber in Redbank Plains, Queensland. The phone was answered promptly by Lachlan H who gave us the call-out fee and an expected time of arrival. He arrived within the time-frame, completed the task in an efficient and timely manner and the charges were as quoted. Will use the service again.

my Mitsubishi ducted aircon broke down just before last Christmas, then I contacted Fallon Solutions for the inspection and quote for the repair: 1. When I contacted Fallon, they told me the onsite visit is $49, but actually when their technician arrived, I was told that I have to pay extra about $280 for the quote, it is very tricky, I know other tradie may charge on call fee, but it include basic service, their $49 is just used to attract customer without offering any service. 2. After giving me a 4 hour window to be home for an air conditioning repair, Fallon Solutions decided to call me 2 hours into that time frame to say they would not be able to come today. After taking time off work, this was a disappointment. They proceeded to book the job in 3 days later as a "favour" because they are busy. The job was pretty straight forward, I had a small 2.5kW split system air conditioner which had a flare which was leaking gas. It needed to be repaired and the system re-gassed. Ben had already been over to give a quote, I liked his punctuality, service and all round friendly manner. So when he and Mitch came to do the work requested I had no doubt it would be the same again. I received a call 10 mins before their arrival making sure I was home and good to go. We had a plumbing crisis at 2am last night, water flooding the house, I spoke to a man at Fallon's who was very helpful and arranged for a plumber to call early next day, his name was Chris Csortos who was very respectful and did a wonderful and thorough job. I highly recommend him.

We have just had Avneel Prasad come to quote and supply a new air conditioner unit. Avneel called as he was on his way to our house, arrived within the quoted time frame, and was polite and courteous at all times. He explained which system would be best for our needs and arranged for an installation time and date. We were very happy with the service received today and look forward to having a nice cool house on Monday after the new unit is installed.

Wanted a simple task done / tried to push me to do heaps of other work. After they left / I realised they went around to all my outside appliances (hot water etc). Scratched off all the important information stickers that were on the systems, and replaced them with fallon stickers. Absolutely disgusted. Might look into what I can do about that / I think pure vandalism of my property.
