Contacted Fallon today for oven repair and some plumbing works, Jade who answered the phone was friendly, professional and talked through all the options available. Booked in appliance repair for same day and Chris R came out his afternoon and fixed issue straight away no problems. Great staff, friendly & efficient - see how we go with the plumber tomorrow :)

I had Fallon installed a cooker, replacing one in the kitchen (gas and electric) which all went well. Later they came back and installed the old cooker in an outside kitchen. After they had left I realised that I couldn't push the cooker flush with the wall (as it was when they removed it from inside). If they had installed the gas fitting 5cm to the right it would have allowed the cooker to sit flush against the wall. Thank you Fallon Solutions for sending Kurt the next day. He arrived promptly at my new house and listened carefully and patiently as I explained the TV aerial cabling problem that I had. He worked out a solution and explained it to me. He also did a quick safety check and found a faulty smoke alarm and rusty flick mixer hose connectors, a big risk of water damage if they fail. Had down pipe and toilet drainage problems. Called Fallon on Mon. at noon. and the problems were fixed by Wed. afternoon! Spoke with 5 different staff and they were all polite and professional. Mr. Chris McFelin was able to repair the pipes quickly and patiently answered my questions. Thanks you, Chris!

After hours call-out when a burst kitchen tap flexi-hose, in a house without isolation taps, meant I had to shut off at mains. No water for anything. Warren arrived. from other side of town, about an hour after my 7:00 pm call. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. All fixed in time to cook an only slightly late dinner. Very relieved, impressed and happy.
Had a simple broken lid lock on our washing machine - called Fallon Tuesday, booked a call out telling them what was wrong and the make and model - wasn't until Friday they turned up - without the part. Charged $165 to glance at the machine and told me a quote for the part would be emailed. On Monday we called to find out what the hold up was - to get a quote on Tuesday for $299 NOT INCLUDING the first fee. And told the wait for the part would be 4 - 5 days.
