DISCRIMINATION. I just got off the phone w/ Fallon after inquiring for a service I was initially told they were able to perform. The chap on the phone informed me once I told him I was a tenant that the price would be different for me than if I were the home owner. I explained how this was discriminatory. He rejected it. We went back and forth for a while as he explained to me it was "simply company policy" as if for some reason being company policy doesn't make that policy discriminatory. RecommendedMy hot water system died on Friday at some point discovered it late Friday arvo. Had one of your guys out Friday night, new hot water system installed Saturday lunch time. Had a leaking toilet last night from where the flexi pipe had burst. Chris Csortos from fallon soultions had came out to do a repair. He was efficient and very polite! was happy with the job!
