We had our air conditioner serviced by Fallon, very expensive, and we needed a part for the Damper Motor and Barrel. We paid for the part and had to chase Fallon up as to when it was being replaced. Finally got a date after ringing them, not them contacting us. The repairman came to 'install' the part (the same guy who said it needed replacing) only to not have to part on board. Have tried to ring Fallon AGAIN for a new date. Still waiting for a returned call. Well done NOT. Absolutely terrible service. Me thinks they got to... read more

Chris Warren from Fallon Solutions problem solved my solar hot water system and solar electric system expertly and with professionalism. He explained what the problems were simplistically and offered solutions allowing me to prioritise and plan for the work to be done. He also pointed out changes to legislation around what i call the fuse box and smoke alarms which I was not aware of and can now plan for in the near future. HIs service was prompt and communication was excellent. Thanks Chris. Good job mate.

we have always used Fallon for any jobs we have.we needed a tv problem looked at and they want to charge $49 just to call out and give a quote..terrible attitude from the guy on the phone..very officious and not customer friendly.advised me to go else where for our job if i didnt like the call out fee.in this day and age where business has to be built on customer service this company has become too money focused and not client ..WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN

We've just had a huge plumbing problem fixed by Matt, Shaun and Heath of Fallons. These guys were super helpful, professional and very friendly. Matt was particularly great. I think Fallons' prices are top end of the scale, but the service was fantastic.
