BEWARE using Fallon. Incompetent and unprofessional. The ‘contract’ is on an iPad, fine print hidden, and no copy provided or explained before being asked to sign. The plumber hired to fix my father in law’s storm water pipe cut through their power line. Fallon bullied my father in law into paying for the repair on the spot, refusing to leave his property until he had paid the additional $1000+ to repair the damage caused by Fallon.

School holidays and two young children is not a time you want to be one toilet down. I would like to thank Shaun B, Michael R and Corey for their prompt attention in finding the problem (a cracked pipe) and the job they did relining the pipe. I have called on Fallon a few times now for different jobs and the staff have always been professional, helpful and friendly, they have the equipment needed for any job and when they are finished they always remove all the rubbish and leave the place nice and clean. Thank you Fallon.

My washing machine stopped working last night and after trying to get help from the brand's customer service department, I stumbled upon Fallon Solutions in my Google search. From the moment I called right through to Chris R coming out to our house to fix our machine, I had a fully functioning machine again (all within the same day). The customer service, communication, knowledge and experience were definitely worth the call. I highly recommend these guys
