Your plumber delivered no service but took a 49.50 call out fee. He would not do the drain clean as requested but straight away said that it isnt worth it, gave a quote of $790 to clean the drain. He didnt say his name, looked into a clean empty sink and shook his head, " nah the $99 isn't going to fix that". smelly drain still smells sweeter than this dodgy rort! It seems you are deceitful and this gains you entrance to give a quote and still squeeze $50 out of suckers like me. You guys shouldn't be trading. Disgraceful!

My 87 year old mum recently needed a power point replaced and contacted Fallon Solutions. She had a full home safety inspection at the same time. Not only were both these tasks completed efficiently and thoroughly, but the serviceman, Patrick McAuliffe then sat down and explained all the results of the safety check & gave mum recommendations. Technician Josh B was professional, friendly and understanding. He took the time to create individual quotes so we could agree to have some tasks completed now, and others at a later time. He explained all plumbing issues in a manner in which I could easily understand.
