A big "thankyou" to Jacob who arrived promptly this morning and efficiently fixed my bathroom plumbing problem. Not only was he skillful, he was courteous, pleasant and friendly. I will definitely be asking for Jacob again should there be any other plumbing problems encountered in the future.
Over the last month, we've organised some electrical work [thank you, Alex], air conditioning service [thank you, Ethan], solar panels [thank you, Chris] and plumbing [thank you, Jason and Nathan]. We were very impressed by the work of each of these people. They came when they said they were coming; they were unfailingly helpful and polite; they explained what they were doing and the final payment was as per the quotation. We would recommend them highly and feel we've had very good service all round.

We had Fallon's 3 year plan and had used their plumbers and electricians many times however we found them quite expensive and in 2018 when we were charged $400 to change a fluro light we decided to use other tradespeople. However we needed 8 air cons serviced and I gave them another go. John Ryan came and although I still think their pricing is well above the market, I agreed for him to go ahead. John was very polite and worked hard to clean and service the air cons. We were pleased with his work.
We had roots growing thru our pipes, i thought it was going to be a massive job/big money, but Josh B was so knowledgeable, he knew exactly what to do. He had it done fast an below my budget. Thankyou Fallon an Josh for your fantastic work, would recommend Fallon to everybody
I had Shaun the plumber out this morning and he was very courteous, knowledgeable. He was there to clear a blocked drain and did a very good job. I would recommend him.

Hi, booked an electrical job that was supposed to be over two days for Ferny Hills.. the first day to disconnect some appliances and a hotplate.. the second day to reconnect.. shouldn't have been that difficult.. not only do they charge more than any other sparkies I have ever used, but they forgot" about the reconnection work.. here we are a few days before xmas and they can't do the reconnection because of mismanagement.. well done guys.. Will never use your services again..
