Zac Sully and Keenu did a great job with my electrical work. Everything was explained clearly and I appreciated their advice!

Had Chris F out twice for electrical tasks. Punctual, courteous and he was very clear with the cost prior to preforming the tasks. Very professional and thorough. Extremely happy with his work. Thank you Chris and Fallon

I just has Zachary and Jesse install ceiling fans for me. They arrived at the agreed day and time and were very professional. The install went smoothly and their attention to detail was great. Thanks Zac and Jesse

We booked Fallon for a new hot water system followed by a complete house re-wire. The team arrived promptly each day and were extremely professional in both conduct and also high quality of service they provided. They showed extreme attention to every detail, kept work spaces clean and safe and were very friendly around our house. We felt comfortable at all times with the team around the house. Absolutely appalling service. Organised to get a quote to install a a/c and the time and date was confirmed by email. 15 minutes before the time window was up I contacted them by phone only to be told they could not locate the job despite confirming the job number from what looked like a CRM / ERP generated email. Offered to re-book. No thanks

Worst experience ever. Was not given a quote over the phone to get our air conditioner cleaned and then when the guy came he spent 15 mins trying to persuade us to sign up to be a member and pay $670 to get 1 air conditioner cleaned?!?!? This was Xmas Eve and we couldn’t afford that kind of money so we had to say no BUT still had to pay $50 call out fee. Absolute rip off!! Just got it cleaned today by someone else and they charged $100. I would like to talk to someone to get our $50 travel call out fee back because I’ve just... read more

Fallons came to replace a gas stove with an electric one. Both Greg and Wayne turned up on time and were polite/friendly. The job was completed quickly and with no fuss. Greg went above and beyond modifying a part of the cabinetry to get the new stove to fit. The only small problem was that the gas wasn't turned back on and the hot water system had to be restarted.
