Recently acquired a watch that I needed resized to my small wrist. Only had about an hour between classes to try to see if I could do so at this jeweler. I was a bit worried I'd be shied away as I was dressed rather informally and honestly was a bit nervous about making a bad impression. Karen and her staff instantly made me feel at home and provided excellent and quick service. This was our first time here and we love the selections they have. The owner and staff was really friendly and did take care us. We came in to clean and change out batteries for my watch. We also look at upgrading my wife’s ring and also looked at their good collection of watches. Defiantly a great experience and will defiantly come back for more future services and purchases.
