Katy in the service department was awesome and while I didnt catch the mechanic's name, I appreciated his thorough job and the advice he gave me on my bike. Also met Scott in sales. I think my friend that was with me will be buying a bike from him soon. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall fantastic experience.

When you make a deal and sign off you honor it. I was lied to, total waste of my time the bike was marked with my name on it and i was told it was a done deal. Falcon got greedy trying to screw me over. I will never refer anyone to this dealership or step foot on the property
