As Truckdrivers we called ahead. The sales clerk was helpful with directions and said the lot was big enough for a big rig. We shopped for t shirts, shot glasses and poker chips.... It was a large show room, clean and lots bikes.
This place has the sorriest piece of crap sales managers in the entire business of Harley history they lie to customers they manipulate the numbers to benefit them and them only it's nothing to do with appreciating the customer that comes in it's all about what the bottom line reads. I have filed a formal complaint with Harley Davidson of Milwaukee and I will do everything in my I can to let the public know how sorry this place really. Especially Todd piece of crap
I'm brand new to the whole riding scene and really needed a guided hand of where to start with gear etc. They were very helpful. The only downfall was I had to approach people for help instead of an employee approaching me where my husband had about 2 if not more people offer help before getting through the door
