I bought a fuel tank, paid almost $800. Was a cheap aftermarket tank poorly manufactured asked for a refund, the refused. Didn't offer any help in making it right.
I purchased my 2015 Ultra Classic here was very satisfied with Frank in the sales department, however I brought my bike in for the 1K oil change and $415 later I was done. I called two other HD dealers and they were about $150 cheaper for the same service. I spoke to management and basically it is what it is.
