I'm disappointed in my purchase of my harley Davidson from falcon fury .I got ran through the buying of the motorcycle price was different from what I was told ,told the alarm was on the bike no alarm they were to busy trying to get a trade in instead of taking me through the buying process
Desmond and Brad offered exceptional service. I drove approx. 2 hours to “look” and I left with a brand new street glide.
Even though I live 3 hours away, I will now be doing my business through Falcon's Fury. Hands down the best experience I've had at a Harley dealership. My salesman Trey was extremely helpful and got me on a test ride of the bike I was looking at. Sales department gave me a great deal. Wasn't quite ready at the time, but I will make the 3 hour drive to purchase from them when I am. Great experience.

I visited FFHD today and spoke with Shane about an issue I had with Service Dept a few weeks ago. We talked for about 20 mins and got differences sorted out. I appreciate the time he took to address this and he change/restored my perception of him and service dept. Thanks again
