they are back to their complacent way's thinking they don't think folks will find a better dealer down the road to take care of them like the way buying customers should be took care of.. they might need another visit from their sister dealership in Florida to get them back to reality.... just saying🤔
A friend had an accident and took his bike here to have it repaired in March. As of August 10th they still have not completed the work. EVERY time he calls to get a status on the progress he is given he run around and a different reason than the time before of why it isn’t ready. They are basically holding his bike hostage all while he continues to have to pay for a bike he can’t use. STAY AWAY FROM FALCONS FURY if you ever want to see your motorcycle again!!!!
Drove from Chattanooga, Tn...to buy from here...the Harley Dealer in town said they couldnt help me...less than a week later i was picking up my 2018 Road Glide from here...financed through the same people that i was told couldnt....the sales staff are awesome...friendly and have their ducks in a row to make the buying experience where it should be...they have my business for life
Lots of inventory on site! Friendly staff. I feel like the apparel merchandise staff hovered a bit to much. Almost like they were watching you to closely. I understand why but I hate shopping with someone breathing down my neck. Great place tho.
Finance guy won't respond to my emails about getting my GAP and ESP money back
There manager Gil is a joke who loves to run his mouth while people are walking away, yet not man enough to talk trash to their face. Their riding instructors either are unable or unwilling to teach new riders. They take your money and kick you out of the class. Chris the instructor needs to find a new job. What a joke. Hands down the worse Harley dealership I have ever walked into.
