Falcone is the best Subaru dealer around by far. We drive past at least one other Subaru dealership on the way to this one for the customer service we receive every time. Not only is the service staff great to deal with, but also the no-pressure and educated sales team. You can teach everything except passion and Falcone has passion for the product/lifestyle/philosophy. Thanks!
Steve was able to get my car in to be serviced (oil change & tire rotation) without much notice, as I have a several hour drive trip coming up tomorrow. This was so appreciated b/c I had a death in the family last week and had to cancel my appointment previously scheduled. Steve listened carefully as I explained a few extras that needed a look at, a fuse that needed replacing, a warning light that seemed to indicate there was a light out somewhere in the car... If you are thinking of a used car, my suggestion is to read the CarFax very carefully. Be sure to interpret the findings properly on your own. Do your homework, because you may not receive a a detailed explanation if anything negative is listed. For instance, if an oil leak is noted at the time of a previous service, it doesn't mean it was repaired. It is listed because one was found, not necessarily repaired.
