Excellent service! I was treated fairly and everyone was friendly and helpful. Bert was very helpful on explaining all the features on the Crosstrek the day of my purchase, and Betsy followed up after, and helped me to learn even more so that I can fully utilize all of the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. Many dealers run through the options of your car with you at time of delivery but I haven't heard of many that do this consult after you spent some time with your new car. Betsy was fabulous, informative and personable. Thank you!

2011 Legacy Engine Light plus 3 others. Shop determined it was the PCV hose from bottom to top of engine Made an appt to replace and once that was done. No lights on the dash. It's fixed. I had been worried because online I saw there were various causes for the engine light, but Falcone's Shop zeroed right in on what the exact problem was.
