I wouldn’t tell anyone to take their car here due to they have had my car for 12 days and counting! Have don’t no work to it an won’t tell me when I will have my car back! This place is a joke I can’t just go get it either due to the trans is out never got offered a loaner or help with getting around either definitely stay away from here if u don’t have a back up car

Called to try and rectify the situation at hand which was being charged $410.00 for a tune up when all problems persist five minutes after driving off the lot . Mr Burdy and Steve seem to think since I’m a women I couldn’t possibly know what I’m talking about. I simply wanted to understand why my car is still back firing and check engine light kicked back in five minutes after driving off. I've had a couple terrible experiences while buying vehicles at other Volkswagen dealers in town. I absolutely hate trying to purchase a new vehicle. I avoid it at all costs. My experience with Falcone was great start to finish. Everyone was super transparent and easy to work with. Chase worked hard to get us a great deal. We had a fantastic experience leasing our first car vs purchasing. Dylan in sales worked with our budget to a T, didnt pressure us into a higher trim or anything we weren't comfortable with. This was very much appreciated after the negative shopping experience we had at our local Subaru dealership. Cherish in finance was great to work with as well, made everything easy and fun to work with! We will look forward to getting our new Subarus here in the future!
Worked with Gene to lease a new ‘20 Outback to replace the ending lease on our ‘17 Outback. He was great to work with, found the car we wanted in another state to save us weeks on ordering the car. Will definitely be back next time.
