Hands down the most dependable rods for the money
Had a great experience with the customer service dept at Falcon Rods. Had a Bucoo 6'6" break on me a few weeks ago. Sent an email and got the info I needed and sent them the rod. 3 weeks later I have a new Bucoo. Sam was very helpful and took care of me. I love these rods. They are sensitive and very strong. My only issue (this is to you Falcon) is the hook keeper. I prefer a TR hook keeper. Will be looking to purchase more. Also knowing it's a rod built in the U.S. is a plus
Added another Bucoo to my arsenal today. This is my 4th Bucoo and I absolutely love them. Highly recommended! You won't be sorry.
Great rod for a great price would suggest to anyone
A sad day when you send the manufacture of the Bucoo rod outside the USA. I buy US even if it costs more. I have two Bucoo rods. I will not buy another if it is not made in the good ole USA.

I bought a Falcon Cara Peacock rod out of the clearance rack at bass pro over a year ago. It didn't have any tags on it and I had long lost the receipt. The ceramic in the rod tip cracked and I couldn't find a proper replacement locally. I contacted the Falcon web store looking for an original tip top. Even though the store didn't list them, Kim Cherry went way beyond in getting me a new tip top. Even though i had no proof of purchase and was willing to pay, Falcon refused to take my money. I picked up 3 JC Crappie rods on an unbelievable clearance without knowing much about them. Looking into them and using them I couldn't be happier. Sensitive, light weight and strong. Now I take 1 where ever I go.
