Bought the jason christie signature series 7' mh . I was jig fishing one day in the early fall. And a 15 lb channel cat decided he was hungry. The rod held up amazing. Hauled the big catfish in with no problem. After trying various rods " Abu, st. Croix , duckette. " I believe I've found my favorite. Falcon rods from now on.
I love my Falcon coastal rod that I just picked up. I'm having trouble finding them at my local Bass Pro unfortunately because they don't stock enough of them.
About 3weeks ago I was fishing and set the hook on a fish and my JC falcon rod, that I purchased for Father’s Day broke about 18” from the tip. A couple days later I emailed Falcon’s warranty department about what happened and was asked to cut out the serial and model number and mail it to them and they would see what they could do about getting me a new rod. I want to thank Falcon for dedication to their product and to their customers. I broke two rods in back to back tournaments and sent them to them with a note saying I needed them back ASAP for a Bass Nation state tournament in a few weeks. And in less than a week they turned them around and I had two brand new rods in my hands. It's companies like this that make it easy for fishermen. Even small timers like me. And I really do appreciate it.
I love the Falcon HD rods. Have been using them for years and have slowly changed most of my equipment over to them. Great durability and awesome performance. Customer for life.
I had one of the original low rider rods that I fished with over 15 year get broken in Boundary Waters and to my surprise when I called falcon customer service it rung straight thru to a real person and within a week I had my new Low rider 20. I also had a original falcon rod that my son closed a car door on almost 20 years ago Kim from customer service offered to replace it with a low rider 20 for 40$. Thank You Falcon Rods I’ve used your rods for 20 years and now I’m customer for life
