If I could put a zero star I would. I ordered something for my husband for Father's Day, only shipping option was $6.50. The following week I called to see when it would ship. The lady told me they had a busy weekend with a tournament and "some things just get put on the back burner" and it should go out that day or the next. I called again today because I never got an email confirmation like she said I would (now over two weeks since I placed my order) and the same lady told me it went out Friday. Don't buy the coastal series of rods. The casting ones all break right at the top of the second guide from the tip. I have tried buying them at different retailers thinking that was the issue. It wasn't it is the blank. Just yesterday I had a spinning rod break about 10" from the top of the reelseat in between there and the first guide. That makes four new rods (less than a month old) that have broke. When you try and find an email for the company you can't. That is shady to me.
