They do not stand behind their workmanship. Two broken rods were blamed on us damaging them. We've been loyal customers for 15 yrs and hate to buy anything else, but customer support was terrible. They were not willing to try to make it right at all. Very disappointed.
I love these rods. You can't beat them for the money
The Bucoos are by far the best mid priced rods that I've ever had in my hand. I own 6 and plan on buying two more next week. As pleased as I am with the rods I am even more pleased with their customer service and how easy they are to deal with. I broke a rod boat flipping a fish and had a brand new one in my hand within a week of sending mine back. I couldn't be happier with the entire company.
I would say the Falcon rods are in the top rods made today and they are made in USA !! They could do like most other rod company's and have them made outside of the USA but they care about the value of a really good rod at affordable price!!
I have Bass Fished my entire life and Falcon Rod's are by far the best rods I've ever used. There is a rod for every for every lure on the market today. They are light weight, durable, plus I personally like the style of the falcon rod. My favorite has to be the Low Rider. My favorite 2 lures are jerk bait's and spinner bait's, and there is a low rider that is made for both baits. If you have never owned a falcon I urge you to purchase one. You will be amazed at the performance of this rod.
I've tried nearly all Top Brand named rods on the market. None of them compare to the quality and performance that I get from my Falcon Rods. I've caught 10 pound sheepshead on the flood tides, big gator trout in fast moving water near structure and 30lb Red Fish in knee deep mud flats. Pictures don't lie and Great Rods don't let you down! Falcon Bucoo Micro! Good stuff
